Following a role requirement briefing (over the phone or face to face) MediTalent will reach out to our networks and undertake a variety of resourcing methods to find the best candidates for your vacancies. We will then present you with a pre-screened shortlist of candidates for you to interview.
MediTalent will organise the interviews and manage the process right up to offer confirmation. At this point clients often choose to have direct contact with the candidates.
We can also offer you additional support with compliance documentation as well as relocation assistance and VISA process guidance for overseas candidates.
Fees are based on a % of starting salary, only payable once you have a successful candidate in the role.
