Position: Anaesthetic/ODP Team Lead
Location: Margate
Pay: up to £51,000 plus benefits and paid enhancements
Hours - Full time and Part time is available - Flexible working pattern (no over nights or Sundays)
Contract - Permanent
MediTalent are seeking an Anaesthetic/ODP Team Lead to work for our client- a leading healthcare provider to work in their State-of-the-Art Private Hospital based in Margate. This bespoke private offers a range of specialised procedures including urology, ENT, hip and knee surgery and general surgery - ensuring you an engaging caseload! You will be the Lead Anaesthetic practitioner/ nurse, acting as a mentor, manager and guide to those in your team.
As an Anaesthetic Team Lead you will need strong communication skills and several years' experience in a senior or lead role. You will act as a mentor for more junior team members and help to train and develop them. You will ensure that hospital policies and procedures as adhered to and that top patient care is given at all times.
The ideal candidate will hold a valid NMC or HCPC pin number and ideally have a mentorship certificate. In exchange you will receive a competitive salary, excellent benefits package and career development.
