Pay: up to £50,000 plus benefits and paid enhancements

MediTalent are seeking a Clinical Lead to work for our client - a leading healthcare provider in their State-of-the-Art Private Hospital based in Manchester. They are looking for a Clinical Lead who will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality patient care and leading a team of dedicated professionals in the Cath Lab. This esteemed hospital holds various wards catering to different age ranges, genders, mental conditions and stages of recoveries - this will provide an engaging caseload for you to oversee.
You will be responsible for supporting and mentoring staff within the clinical area and ensuring excellent patient care at all times. You will aid in the management of the day-day running of the Cath Lab department - guiding your team to ensure a smooth workflow, you will also work alongside further management to fortify the excellent quality of care provided and audit your department. Your expertise in cardiovascular nursing, strong leadership skills, and ability to mentor and support staff will contribute to the efficient and effective functioning of the Cath Lab. You will work closely with the medical team and other departments to ensure seamless patient care.
Skills required:
- Must have NMC Pin
- Extensive experience in cardiovascular nursing
- Previous experience in a Cath Lab or interventional cardiology setting is highly desirable
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team
