Pay: up to £54,000 plus benefits and paid enhancements

This will include collaborating with consultants, surgeons, and various health care professionals to develop and implement evidence-based practices and protocols. More generally you will support and coordinate endoscopy procedures, including patient assessment, preparation, and recovery. Skills required:
The right candidate has a valid NMC or HCPC pin and previous senior/leadership level experience within endoscopy. You should have experience of clinical governance and audit taking in order to assess care plans and make changes where needed. You will need to be able to communicate confidently with various groups of people as no two days are ever the same!
