Position: Nurse Specialist - Acute and Chronic Pain
Location: Central London
Pay: up to £63,000 plus benefits and enhancements
Hours - Full time (37.5 hours a week)
*Monday - Friday (09:00am-17:00pm)*

MediTalent are recruiting for a Specialist Nurse in Acute and Chronic Pain care to work for our client - a leading private healthcare hospital based in Central London - and join their team of Clinical Educator. Your role will be to support the delivery of the hospital's Pain Management service and training other clinical staff in this service. This will include working alongside various other health care professionals such as consultants, psychologists, etc to evaluate pain management plans for patients. You will also review and provide guidance for both acute and acute-on-chronic pain management to ensure that all staff are adhering to the most up to date treatment plans. You will have your own patient caseload too.
It is essential that you are a Registered Nurse or Practitioner (NMC or HCPC), with experience in teaching or education and qualifications such as Cert Ed, PGCE or Masters - as well as mentoring qualification.
The right candidate:
- Must have HCPC/NMC Pin
- Post graduate qualification in Acute and Chronic Pain/ Pain Management- essential
- Be experienced leading change or managing a project
- Experience in clinical training
