Pay: up to £27,000 plus benefits and paid enhancements

Hours - Full time and Part time available - Flexible working pattern

MediTalent are seeking an Occupational Hygiene Technician to work for our client - a leading provider of workplace health services based in Bridgwater. You will be working alongside a dedicated and multidisciplinary occupational health team to monitor and survey your site for chemical, physical, biological agents and other hygienic compounds.
Your role will involve participating in specific occupational hygiene related investigations and studies. You will carry out regular workplace inspection to assess occupational hygiene related aspects. You may be helping with the preparation and delivery of training and information materials on occupational hygiene related topics. Also, you will contribute to the occupational hygiene performance reports. It would be beneficial if you were working towards (or already holding) a certificate of Operational Competence in Occupational Hygiene (CertOH), however full training can be provided!
The right candidate must have:
- A STEM based degree discipline
- Experience in an industrial or construction environment (desirable)
- Able to manage a work load
- IT proficient
- Be able to prioritise tasks
- Excellent time management skills
