Pay: up to £40,000 plus benefits and paid enhancements
Hours - Full time and Part time is available - Flexible working pattern

MediTalent are seeking a Pre-Assessment Lead Nurse to work for our client - a leading healthcare provider to work in their State-of-the-Art Private Hospital based in Canterbury. This esteemed private hospital offers a large range of specialised services - ensuring you an engaging caseload of patients to manage and aid in configuring personalised care plans.
You will be joining a well-established team, ensuring the standards of patient care are consistently maintained and aiding patients on their needs during pre-assessment. In this role you will ensure patients are assessed, their care is planned, implemented + evaluated and that this is accurately documented.
Skills required:
- Must have NMC Pin
- Experience in acute care
- A good team player
- Strong communication / written skills
- Ability to work within a team and independently.
