Position: Senior Nurse: Accident and Emergency
Location: London (Central)
Pay: up to £56,000 plus benefits and paid enhancements
Hours - Full time / Part time - Flexible working pattern
Contract - Permanent
MediTalent are recruiting for a Staff Nurse experienced in Accident and Emergency care to join our client in their 184 bed, esteemed hospital based in London. You will be joining the hospital's dedicated acute (accident and emergency) assessment unit, you will play a critical role in providing quality care to patients who require immediate assessment and intervention.You should be either in a senior role already or ready to take the next step in your career within the A&E sector.
In this role your responsibilities may include, conducting initial assessments of patients admitted to Accident and Emergency (A&E/AAU), monitoring patients' vital signs and report findings to the appropriate healthcare professionals. You may be required to administer medications and treatments as prescribed by consultants and monitor their effects and collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
The right candidate should have their NMC/HCPC pin registration and relevant experience in an A&E environment or be looking to field their skills into this area of care.
