Position: Senior Critical Care/Recovery Nurse

Pay: up to £45,000 plus benefits and paid enhancements

MediTalent are recruiting for a Senior Critical Care/Recovery Nurse to join our client in their esteemed private hospital based in St Johns Woods. You will be based primarily in the extensive Critical Care unit, acting as a role model to more junior members of staff and aiding in patient recovery.
Your responsibilities in the role will involve caring for patients in the critical care unit, assessing patients' health and wellbeing across a complex and changing caseload (and adapting it when needed). Also, critically analysing, evaluating, and synthesising different sources of information for the purpose of assessing and managing the care of a critically ill patient. You may perform physiological assessment of critically ill patients regardless of location and responding promptly to any referrals.
The right candidate should have their NMC/HCPC pin registration, recognised post graduate Critical Care qualification, minimum 5 years' experience within the Critical Care environment and experience within the Theatre Recovery Room environment.
