Pay: up to £35,000 plus benefits and paid enhancements
Hours - Full time / Part time - Flexible working pattern

MediTalent are recruiting for a Staff Nurse to join our client in their 184 bed, esteemed hospital based in London. You will be joining the hospital's dedicated acute assessment team, you will play a critical role in providing quality care to patients who require immediate assessment and intervention.
In this role your responsibilities may include, conducting initial assessments of patients admitted to the Acute Assessment Unit, monitoring patients' vital signs and report findings to the appropriate healthcare professionals. You may be required to administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and monitor their effects and collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
The right candidate should have their NMC/HCPC pin registration and relevant experience in an acute care environment or be looking to field their skills into this area of care.
