Position: Theatre Team Lead/ ODP - General Surgery
Location: Yorkshire
Pay: up to £45,000 plus benefits and paid enhancements
Hours - Full time and Part time is available - Flexible working pattern (no over
nights or Sundays)

MediTalent are seeking a Theatre Team Lead to work for our client - a leading healthcare provider to work in their State-of-the-Art Private Hospital based in Yorkshire. This modern private hospital specialises in acute care and covers a range of procedures including urology, ENT, hip and knee surgery, cosmetic and general surgery - ensuring you an engaging caseload! This role takes a particular focus in leading general theatre nurses, so having varied theatre experience/ being an ODP is ideal.
As a Theatre Team Leader you will need strong communication skills and strong experience in a senior or lead role. You will act as a mentor for more junior team members and help to train and develop them. You will ensure that hospital policies and procedures as adhered to, and that top patient care is given at all times.
The ideal candidate will hold a valid NMC or HCPC pin number and ideally have a mentorship certificate. You should have extensive experience in clinical environments and theatre care or as an ODP.
