About Carly

​I have over 20 years of sales and customer service experience and more recently joined the recruitment sector a year ago. It is within recruitment that I have been able to follow my passion for working with people, delivering a consultative approach to supporting their career progression.

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant at MediTalent, I recruit for various specialities within the private healthcare sector, mainly focusing on the London and Essex areas. I really enjoy resourcing for the more senior level roles such as Clinical Services Managers or Director of Clinical Services, building relationships with candidates and clients throughout the recruitment and onboarding process.

Outside of work:I am family orientated and love spending time with my partner, 2 daughters and 2 miniature schnauzers, walking down by the sea or out in the New forest topped off with a nice roast in a village pub. I also enjoy socialising with friends, Saturday bottomless brunches in the sun finished off with a good boogie to end the night.

An interesting fact: I won a charity bush tucker trial where I had to eat live cockroaches, mealworms, crickets and drink fish guts!
