About Hannah

I have over 10 years’ experience in recruitment, specialising in high-volume corporate account management. I have focused on senior stakeholder management within large organisations and have been responsible for driving continuous improvement across recruitment processes and strategy within these organisations. 5 of these years have been spent managing recruitment teams of up to 10 consultants, coaching and mentoring and ensuring use of best practice when it comes to the successful delivery of sourcing candidates against our client requirements.

My role: Here at MediTalent, my team and I are responsible for ensuring our clients needs are being met by delivering a slick and quality recruitment service. My team focuses on all clinical nursing roles in the North of the UK as well as Mental Health and Renal Nursing UK wide.

Outside of work: I like to keep active and spend quality time with my partner and little girl. We all love the outdoors and love being anywhere near a beach! I’m a big foodie so enjoy eating out (far too much!) and enjoy a spot of gardening too.

An interesting fact: I walked a marathon in London for Macmillan Cancer Research and walked the last 10k barefoot as my hiking boots were so painful! It wasn’t a pretty sight to see!
