About Ruth

With over 20 years' experience working in Finance, I started my career as a Financial Product Accountant in the Investment banking sector.  I'm a Fully Qualified Accountant and have a wealth of experience supporting businesses in a variety of industries including PR, IT, Engineering and Recruitment. 

My role: As Finance Manager, my role is to provide Financial guidance and support to the company. My day-to-day responsibilitiesinclude overseeing end-to-end finance operations, financial planning and analysis as well as driving continuous improvement of procedures and controls. 

​Outside of work: In my spare time, I train and compete as a recreational triathlete, and enjoy nothing more thancycling on the hills of the south downs, running with my local athletics club or swimming in the sea. My children are also sports mad, so if I'm not training or competing myself, then I can usually be found supporting them in their various pursuits.

Interesting fact: When I was a child, I wanted to be Prime Minister and arrive at the Houses of Parliament on my Blue and Yellow BMX!
