Location: London (Central)
Salary: Up to £45,000 plus enhancements & benefits
Hours: 37.5 per week

MediTalent Group are recruiting on behalf of a leading private healthcare provider for a Case Manager to join our client in their centrally located hospital in London. You will be joining a well-established case Management Team and work closely with the Lead Case Manager. You will act as a role model in a patient centered environment that encourages and consistently delivers the best care possible within the CCL.
You will be required to work Monday-Friday.
The right candidate must have:
- NMC Pin with no restrictions
- Nursing degree
- Ability to coordinate workload and supervise a team
- Previous experience working in case management
- Strong organisational & data management skills
