Position: Consultant Psychiatrist/ Psychiatrist
Location: Nottinghamshire
Pay: up to £160,000 (plus benefits and enhancements)

MediTalent are seeking a Consultant Psychiatrist (MD) to work for our client - a leading healthcare provider in their bespoke Private Hospital based within Nottinghamshire. As a Consultant Psychiatrist, you will be responsible for providing expert medical care and support to patients with a wide range of mental health conditions, including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, and personality disorders. The service will accept admissions 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, from Nottinghamshire NHS but also from other parts of the United Kingdom. This hospital operates a non-residential medical on call rota and the post holder is expected to participate on the on-call rota which is on a second on call basis, 1:7
You will work closely with other healthcare professionals, including psychologists, nurses, and social workers, to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans that address the unique needs of each individual patient. You will be joining a well-established team with brilliant support available from day one. The company offer opportunities for training and progression - often leading to promotions!
To be considered for this role, you will need to be a fully qualified medical doctor and registered with the General Medical Council (GMC). You should also have extensive experience in psychiatry and be able to demonstrate a deep understanding of the complex medical, psychological, and social factors that contribute to mental illness.
