Are you an experienced and dynamic Critical Care/ICU Nurse looking for an exceptional opportunity to deliver critical nursing to patients. We have an exciting role available with our client - a leading private health care provider where you can make a significant impact on patient care and outcomes. You will be based in a private hospital working alongside dedicated staff with up-to-date technologies and services, nursing patients with a range of ICU specialities including surgical, medical, cardiothoracic, trauma, paediatric, burns and coronary.
You will be joining a well-established team with brilliant support available from further management.
Your responsibilities may include:
- Closely monitoring exact, detailed reports and records of the critical ICU patients
- Assessing and recording symptoms/changes in patient's conditions liaising closely with physicians
- Ordering, interpreting and evaluating diagnostics tests to identify and assess the patient's condition
- Observing and documenting patient medical information and vital signs
- Performing head-to-toe assessments
- Administering medication
The right candidate:
- Must have NMC
- Nationally recognised post registration critical care course
- 1-year previous experience working within a UK hospital as a Critical Care/ICU Nurse
