Position: Endoscopy Lead Practitioner
Location: Orpington
Pay: up to £49,000 - plus benefits and paid enhancements
Hours - Full time and Part time is available - Flexible working pattern
Contract - Permanent
MediTalent are seeking an Endoscopy Lead Practitioner work for our client - a leading healthcare provider to work in their State-of-the-Art Private Hospital based in Orpington. This beautiful private hospital boasts 42 beds, offering a range of procedures including ENT, gynaecology, foot & ankle surgery, general, minor, major and cosmetic.
We are looking for someone to support, coordinate and actively assist the management and organisation within the endoscopy unit whilst providing quality and planned care for patients.
Skills Required:
- Must have NMC or HCPC pin
- Previous experience within endoscopy
- Experience and training in pain management, care of the deteriorating patient, care of patient under conscious sedation requiring monitored recovery
- Experience of clinical governance and audit
- Evidence of working in partnership with consultants to explore and challenge existing practices while maintaining and enhancing services and standards
