Position: Health Care Assistant
Location: Crawley
Pay: up to £23,000 plus benefits and paid enhancements
Hours - Part time or Full time (37.5hrs)
Contract - Permanent
MediTalent are seeking a driven Health Care Assistant to work for our client - a leading provider of private and specialised health care based in Crawley.
The ideal candidate must be educated to GCSE level or equivalent, have a minimum of NVQ level 2 in Health; Social Care and previous experience in a hospital setting is vital. You will need to be able to work as a team and independently when needed, which requires excellent communication skills.
The main duties include:
- Supporting the nurses to ensure excellent patient care
- Ensuring all patient's needs are met promptly and to an excellent standard
- Be able to communicate with all types of patients and adapt to new situations
- Working as a key part of the team, to help your team function efficiently
