MediTalent are recruiting for a leading healthcare provider looking for an experienced health care assistant to join their private hospital. You will be working specifically within the outpatients ward and you must have previous hospital/clinic experience.
Your main duties will include: supporting the nurses to ensure excellent patient care, ensuring all patient's needs are met promptly and to an excellent standard, being able to communicate with all types of patients, adapt to new situations and to work as a key part of the team, to help your team function efficiently.
The ideal candidate MUST be educated to GCSE level or equivalent, have a minimum of NVQ level 2 in Health + Social Care and previous experience in a hospital setting is vital. You will need to be able to work as a team and independently when needed, which requires excellent communication skills. This role requires previous clinical/hospital experience.
