About Us:
We are looking for someone who is wanting to provide exceptional patient care and wants to work as part of the integral management as the Lead General Radiographer. This role will play a pivotal role in our imaging management team. With a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package, this opportunity offers tremendous growth potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clinical Expertise: Demonstrate proficiency in X-Ray procedures and the ability to manage the X-Ray department effectively.
- Radiation Protection: Experience as a Radiation Protection Supervisor (RPS) is highly desirable.
- Compliance: Ensure a strong understanding of CQC compliance and work to maintain high standards.
- Qualifications: Hold a Diploma of the College of Radiographers or a BSc (Hons) in Diagnostic Radiography, with a minimum of 3 years of postgraduate general experience.
- Patient Care: Exhibit exemplary professionalism and patient communication skills, particularly when dealing with claustrophobic patients.
*Multi-Modality Experience: Experience in other imaging modalities such as CT, Interventional, Mammography, or MRI is not essential but we can help you keep these skills utilised may you wish to.
Salary and Benefits:
