Location: Guildford
Pay: up to £47,000 plus benefits and paid enhancements
Hours - Full time and Part time is available - Flexible working pattern

MediTalent are seeking a Lead Theatre Nurse work for our client - a leading healthcare provider to work in their State-of-the-Art Private Hospital based in London. They are looking for a Lead Theatre Nurse to join their well established team in the Theatre department within a private hospital that offers a variety of specialist services - ensuring you a revolving caseload.
As a Lead Theatre Nurse you will have strong communication skills and several years' experience in a senior or lead role. You will act as a mentor for more junior team members, helping to train and develop them. You will ensure that hospital policies and procedures as adhered too and that top patient care is given at all times.
The ideal candidate will hold a valid NMC or HCPC pin number and ideally have a mentorship certificate. In exchange you will receive a competitive salary, excellent benefits package and career development.
