MediTalent are seeking a Lead Theatre Nurse/ ODP work for our client - a leading healthcare provider to work in their State-of-the-Art Private Hospital based in Beckenham. They are looking for a Lead Theatre Nurse to join their dedicated team in the Theatre department within a bespoke private hospital that boasts 32 daycase beds and offers a range of procedures including ophthalmic, ENT, hip, knee and general surgeries - ensuring a revolving caseload.
As a Lead Theatre Practitioner, you will have strong communication skills and several years' experience in a senior or lead role. You will act as a mentor for more junior team members and help to train and develop them.
The ideal candidate will hold a valid NMC or HCPC pin number and ideally have a mentorship certificate. In exchange you will receive a competitive salary, excellent benefits package and career development.
