Position: Pre-Assessment Lead Nurse
Location: Milton Keynes
Pay: up to £42,000 plus benefits and paid enhancements
Hours: Full time - Flexible working pattern
Contract: Permanent
MediTalent are seeking Registered Lead Nurse specialising in Pre-Assessment to work for our client - a leading healthcare provider in their State-of-the-Art Private Hospital based in Milton Keynes.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the department under the direction of the Director of Clinical Services and / or the Clinical Services Manager.
About the role:
- Prepare the clinical records for the patient care, carrying out assessments by evaluating care plans for each of our residents
- Maintaining and updating legal documentation whilst always adhering to company policies and procedures
- Responsible for mentoring, supporting, leading and the deployment of staff within clinical environments
- Taking responsibility for the well-being residents
- Meeting physical emotional and social needs of patients
- Delivering the very highest standard of care
The ideal candidate / Requirements:
- Good team player / organisational skills with a strong ability to plan
- Registered Level 1 / Diploma and / or BSc in Nursing Studies
- Proficient in the use of a PC, including the use of software and systems
- Valid NMC Pin
- Experience within a similar / senior leadership position
