Position: Psychiatric Consultant/ Psychiatrist
Location: Southampton
Pay: up to £90,000 plus joining bonus
Hours - Full time and Part time options available - Flexible working pattern and mixed shifts
Contract - Permanent
MediTalent are seeking a Psychiatric Consultant (MD) to work for our client - a leading healthcare provider to work in their Private Hospital based in Southampton. As a Consultant Psychiatrist, you will be responsible for providing expert medical care and support to patients with a wide range of mental health conditions, including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, and personality disorders.
You will work closely with other healthcare professionals, including psychologists, nurses, and social workers, to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans that address the unique needs of each individual patient. You will be joining a well-established team with brilliant support available from day one. The company offer opportunities for training and progression - often leading to promotions!
To be considered for this role, you will need to be a fully qualified medical doctor and registered with the General Medical Council (GMC). You should also have extensive experience in psychiatry, and be able to demonstrate a deep understanding of the complex medical, psychological, and social factors that contribute to mental illness.
