Pay: up to £57,000 plus benefits and paid enhancements
Hours - Full time / Part time available - Flexible working pattern

MediTalent are recruiting for an experienced Specialist Nurse experienced in Colorectal care, to join one of the UK'S top rated private healthcare providers. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Colorectal Clinical Nurse Specialist to become a vital part of a dedicated team. As a CNS, you will provide specialist nursing care, advice and support to patients with colorectal conditions. You will be supported in the workplace to become an integral part of the team. Our client also pushes for upholding staff work/life balance and offers ample opportunity for growth.
The right candidate should have their NMC pin registration and relevant experience in colorectal nursing, including experience in stoma care and management. You should have strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Your responsibilities will include, assessing, planning and implementing care for patients with colorectal conditions. To provide education and support to patients and their families. To develop and deliver training and education programmes for other healthcare professionals (if needed) and to undertake audits and participate in service development and improvement initiatives.
