Position: Registered Nurse - ICU/Intensive Unit
Location: London (Central)
Pay: up to £47,000 plus benefits and paid enhancements
Hours - Full time / Part time available - Flexible working pattern
Contract - Permanent
MediTalent are recruiting for a Nurse specialising in intensive care treatment to join our client in their 184 bed, esteemed hospital based in Central London. You will be joining the hospital's dedicated ICU team, providing vital care to intensive care patients. You will be supported in the workplace to become an integral part of the team. Our client also pushes for upholding staff work/life balance and offers ample opportunity for growth.
The right candidate should have their NMC/HCPC pin registration and relevant experience in helping to lead an intensive care unit. Your experience in an ICU must be at a senior level or leaning towards it and you should be confident in your specialised skills. A wide range of experience working in critical care specialties including cardiac and cardiothoracic, neurosurgery, renal, and GI surgery is beneficial.
You will role will involve assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating patient care plans and communicating this to various individuals. You will act a role model for all those around you. You will also be assessing and coordinating patient discharge.
