MediTalent are recruiting for a Senior Staff Nurse to work for our client - a leading healthcare provider in London - within their onsite hospice and hospital. We are looking for an experienced Nurse to join our clients expanding theatre team and aid in the smooth running of patient care, as the role is Inpatient in a Hospice - you will need previous experience in Hospice Care. This role requires emotional awareness and good communication skills, so you may help not only patients but their family/friends too. The Hospice consists of an 18 bedded in patient unit and deals with various life-threatening illnesses such as cancer and HIV.
You will be joining a well-established team with brilliant support available. There will be ample opportunities for progression and career development - often leading to promotion.
Skills required:
- Must have NMC pin
- Previous experience in Hospice Care - Highly desirable
- Must have previously worked in a hospital or clinic environment
- Strong clinical skills
- Strong organisational and communication skills
