Position: Lead Theatre Nurse/ Theatre Practitioner - Anaesthetics and Recovery
Pay: up to £44,000 plus benefits and paid enhancements
Hours - Full time and Part time is available - Flexible working pattern
Contract - Permanent
MediTalent are seeking Senior Theatre Nurses/Practitioners specialised in anaesthetics or recovery care to join our client - a leading healthcare provider in their Private Hospital based in Hendon. You will be joining their well established team in the Theatre department, which offers a large variety of specialist services - ensuring you an engaging caseload.
As a Senior Theatre Nurse you will have strong communication skills and several years' experience in a senior or lead role - and your theatre specialism. You will act as a mentor for more junior team members, helping to train and develop them. You will ensure that hospital policies and procedures as adhered to and that top patient care is given at all times.
The ideal candidate will hold a valid NMC or HCPC pin number and ideally have a mentorship certificate. You should have recent experience in anaesthetic or recovery care.
