Pay: up to £37,000 plus benefits and paid enhancements

Are you a compassionate nurse ready to make a meaningful impact in the lives of patients and their families? MediTalent is seeking a dedicated Staff Nurse specializing in Palliative Care to join our clients expanding team in a charity-funded 15-bed hospice located in Pembury.
You'll play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional inpatient care, ensuring comfort and dignity for patients during their most critical times. This position goes beyond clinical care-it's about making a real difference in the lives of patients and their families.
Key Requirements:
Must have NMC pin
Experience: Ideally you will have experience within a hospice setting, palliative care, elderly care or geriatric care
Skills: Proficiency with syringe drivers, end-of-life medications, and strong clinical skills.
Personal Attributes: Emotional awareness and strong communication skills to support patients and their families.
