Pay: up to £51,000 plus benefits and paid enhancements

MediTalent are seeking a senior level nurse to work for our client - a leading healthcare provider in their State-of-the-Art Private Hospital based in Worcester. They are looking for someone with experience at a senior level who is able to manage the ward and the team, leading and supporting them. You will be working on both medical and surgical wards.
You will be joining a well-established team with brilliant support available. The company offer opportunities for training and progression - often leading to promotions!
The right candidate:
- Must have NMC Pin
- Previous experience in a Senior role
- A good team player
- Organised and ability to plan
- Management skills
- Strong leadership skills and supportive
