Position: Ward Manager - Mental Health
Location: Gosport, Portsmouth
Pay: up to £48,000
Hours - Full time 37.5 hours per week
Contract - Permanent
MediTalent are seeking an experienced Ward Manager to work for our client - a leading mental health care provider to work in their Private Hospital based in Portsmouth. They are seeking a Senior Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) - experienced in management - to join and lead their 2 wards. Your patients will be adult males with mental illness focusing on rehabilitation and recovery.
You will be joining a well-established team with brilliant support available from day one, as well as acting as a figure of support yourself. The company offer opportunities for training and progression, often leading to promotions.
What our client is looking for:
- Nurse with valid NMC
- Management experience - at least 1 year
- You will be a qualified mental health nurse (RMN)
- Caring and compassionate person
- Problem solving ability.
